Way to filter servers? | Forums

I'm having a really hard time finding games online. When I tell gamespy to update the server list it never brings down more than 3 dozen servers, a good portion of which have a 0 ping.

I'm on a university connection and can download near a megabit a second, so I don't get why my ping is so poor. And I know there has to be more than 30-40 servers in the entire world playing this game right now. It doesn't make any sense. Any suggestions? Thanks

Any suggestions on how to get a list of more than a few dozen servers? I know there have to be more out there. People on my teamspeak channel tell me a server to join, but it doesn't show up in my server list. Even though 8 other people can see it and connect to it. I'm really confused and frustrated.
