Will u be able to shot the person in the head with a pistol when u have grabbed him?

Will u be able to cut his throat with the knife when u have grabbed him?

i kno this question has been posted alot but that was a while ago i think so maybe some1 knows at this time.

Also if any 1 knows if this game would run on a radeon 9600 128 mb please tell
