Invalid CD key | Forums

I prepaid an ordered HAWX 2 weeks ago from my local Gamestop store. It came in today.I installed the game, played one campaign mission then wanted to try the multi player mode. when I input all the info it keeps coming up -- invalid CD key--. I thought maybe its a case sensitive issue? no good either way the outcome is the same. the dvd came in the usual plastic wrapper an it was intact so there has been no hanky panky. the multi player option is the main reason I bought this game in the first place. so needless to say " I aint Happy "

my PC is well over what is required for this game,, what gives????

2 gig pc6400 ddr2 ram
250 gig hardrive 70 percent free
ATI radeon HD4870 vid card 512 meg
NEC 16x dual layer DVD

please help me slove this problem

P.S. I had the same dam problem with Far cry2. had to get circuit city to exchange the dvd, the it worked. how ever gamestop does not have any more PC versions of HAWX.

i also got mine from gamestop and it was all sealed up but when i opened it there was fingerprints all over the disc but the code worked so maybe you go a duplicate code or something i would call the tech support for ubisoft in the morning

I'm having the exact same problem with the STEAM release of HAWX.

Anybody @ Ubi know how to fix this?

problem solved what I thought was an o was in fact a zero. works now. an I am not a nu be. lol
