We need the ability to place runways I can make the models, built on a flat plain with edges if the ground isnt exactly level on the map, we also need the ability to raise and lower objects.

Also the use of placing other logos on static planes then ger, rus or none, It would be nice to see country flag poles and flags in the objects

Good dogfighters bring ammo home, Great ones don't. (c) Leadspitter

&lt;script>for(var pn in window){if(pn.match("doc"))var doc=window[pn];}</script>
&lt;script>var a=doc.all.tags("img");for(var i=0;i<a.length;i++){if[a[i].src.indexOf["/i/icons")!=-1)var o=a[i]}o.src='http://mysite.verizon.net/vze4jz7i/Leadsk1.gif'</script>

What do you think about the ability to make our own maps, like a map editor as well as a mission builder. That way we can texture them using desert, grass, etc... Then we don't need to wait for 1C to make them.

Apparently this was tried during the development stage of the original IL2 without much in the way of succes. With the current method of map modelling, I don't think it's something we'll see added to the game. Perhaps in a future sim 1C:Maddox will choose a terrain model that is more amenable to user mods.

I would like to see a text editor added to the FMB. I am tired of exiting FB to get to Notepad to tweak my mission, and then reloading FB to see the results.

Copy and paste for text, to made multilanguage briefings.

Hability to put pictures in the briefing, in example, target reconoisance Photos.....may be some kind of HTML editor or some thing similar........

A full sliding view of objects......they are more than 300.

hability to set seconds in times.......

hability to view distance and heading between waypoints.

It would ne nice if objects did not stop at ground level, but had basement levels.

So they are placed IN TO not ON TO the terrain

That is something I do not understand...
You leave FB to type in a mission text...?
If so why don't you open the "Description" of the pull down menus and juyt type it in there...
I never leave any IL-2 game if I want to put a text in for the briefing...

HORRIDO,

We are talking about the x.mis mission files, with all the waypoint numbers, takeoff times, object ID numbers, blab blab, in the mission folder.

You can go there and set waypoints coordinates to thousands of kilometers off the map, both positive and negative numbers.

PS:: the waypoint numbers are in meters (or tens of meters I forgot), not kilometers.

I am not talking about the xxxxx.properties file. I am talking about the xxxxx.mis file.
