Thread: *SPOILER* TO BE CONTINUED?WTF??? | Forums

sorry to get such a late start in the discussions, but i didn't check these boards until today. i for one was really depressed when i played the 360 version and felt it lacked the depth of SC:1 and SC:CT. it does not surprise me, that the same people who made SP:PT also made SC: DA for the 360. i also had no idea Ubisoft was planning on actually letting two completely different offices make the same game, with the freedom to create it as they wanted. why in the world wouldn't they have just used the exact same game for both consoles, and then tone down one of them for the regular xbox. is the xbox version truely that much better, because that's what i'm hearing. does it even follow the same story?

i'm just looking for some info into this, because i dont have my regular xbox anymore, so theres no way to play the xbox version and compare.

also on a side note, i beat the game very casual play in 2 days. is this the same experience you regular xbox users had?

    No. Xbox version>xbox 360 version.

    BIG TIME.
The SP is a little bit longer.
    And ps2 didnt get coop.
And its spy vs spy, very fast pace and adrenaliny.
    almost no lag in MP
XBOX1 has coop, still lags but no more random disconnects.

the story of the game is much more well explained in the xbox 1 version.
    I LOVE the xbox1 version.

I posted this before on another thread but Im almost positive you will never see the xbox version playable on the 360 because 360 has its own version. Look at all the past games where there are two versions. Gun, Graw, Need for speed Most wanted, Call of Duty 2, and now this game maybe others not sure. None of the xbox versions are compadable. Either they dont want to make them compadable or they are waaay down on the list and youll be waiting aloong time. Gun was the first game i was ripped off on because of this since xbox and 360 versions were identical but 360 was 10 bux more. I also wanted Most Wanteds xbox version to play online with friends who dont have the 360 yet. Now i definatly wish i could have purchased this game for xbox over 360.

the internet should have a literacy and comprehension test before youre allowed to get on.....because the 2 divisions making it waas said like back in august...but the only part that in xbox that is better than the 360s is the real coop and the story mode with all the little a brs

And possibly a clarity test as well.
What does "and the story mode with all the little a brs" mean exactly?

Anyway, are you saying that the xbox version is only better because of the coop mode and single player mode? That sounds like quite a lot to me. Or, does "all the little a brs" mean something thats quite lost on me?

Apart from the graphics and the xbox live verse mode (coop is ****) the X-Box version is a Hell of a lot better
    Single player =Xbox Much Better
Graphics =Obviously 360 but xbox is nothing to grumble at
    Story Line =Xbox Big Time
Xbox live =360 Verses mode apart from bugs, LAG LAG LAG and Host has give u the boot when they didn't.
HUD=Xbox has visibity and sound meter, 360 has a gay green light
    Ect
    Ect
    Ect
Basicly they are totally diffirent games and any Splinter Cell Fan should make sure that play both !! Xbox for single player and 360 for xbox live.
P.S To Ubisoft the team that made the xbox version should have been the one's that made the 360 version BIG MISTAKE.
