I have a laptop with the Intel GMA 900 chipset, which does not feature hardware Transform&Lighting, which is required to play the PoP games. But the thing is, my processor is powerful enough to compensate for that, so Warrior Within and Two Thrones run pretty well. The problem, however, is that Sands of Time specifically checks for hardware T&L when the game runs, and if there is no T&L, the game refuses to run although it WOULD work fine if it tried.
I tried simulating T&L with the 3D Analyzer thingy, but then the error message at startup just changes to "Your graphics card, 3D Analyzer blah blah is not supported"! So how the heck do I even USE 3D Analyzer, when the game doesn't allow it?
Is there any way to make SoT run? Any help is appreciated.

Go to the 3d analyze thread and and use the same configuration is described for the geforce 4 mx for your intel card I made the this on laptop with the same intel video chip and worked

Ok, now the game runs... but the framerate is awful! It's not that it's low, but it jumps around all the time and the game suddenly freezes for short moments. For example, it gets really bad when I move the camera, but runs well when I move around without using the cam.
There must be a way to increase fps. WW runs smoothly, so...
Also, I can't seem to be able to change the memory settings in the BIOS... I'd very much like to raise the video ram settings.
Is there anything special I can do with the hardware.ini file? In another topic I saw a guy with an Intel chipset like me with the same problems... but his chipset is far superior to mine, so I should be able to run the game a lot better. Also, that guy mentioned doing something about the hardware.ini file that helped... WHAT COULD IT BE?

PS: It does not help to cancel background applications or anything. I even shut down explorer.exe, but no difference.

That is problem with 3d analyze the framerate drops even with most applications shutdowns. That is why I dumpe GF4 Mx and bought another card the framerate on more advanced levels dropped so much that game was unplayable

That's not easywhen I've got a laptop with INTEGRATED graphics card. A good graphics card, but an unchangeable one. I guess I'll just have to get it online for my GC.
