Okay, so I bought this game a number of years ago around the time when it first came out. I played the game a few times but never managed to get into it before there were other releases to distract me. I recently had nothing to play and decided to start replaying ENDWAR, but when I tried to log into the TOW it tells me that the server is offline. I have been trying everything. I even moved my saves and dlc off my hard drive. Nothing has worked.
So is the server currently down and is going to be restored or is it permanently down? or am i just an idiot and overlooked some simple solution>

It does that. Just keep hitting the A button to try to join. It opens up eventually. :-)
