    I about to kill talal, and was wondering if doing all those extra objectives and saving citizens do anythingot help your character?

    It's necessary to investigate before carrying out an assassination. Also, saving citizens will help you gain vigilantes that will help you when being chased by guards.

    Plus, they give you an extra bar of Sync when you do 15 objectives.

    And dont forget to clear the assassination area of guards and drunk people. (To get rid of a drunk person without losing health, just grab him and push him some where -- make sure he doesn't smash into anything. He'll then be scared of you and back off, so he won't ruin your cover)
