00:29(first vid) The PS3 version is missing Light shining from the afterburner while the hornet is taking off. UNACCEPTABLE UBISOFT!!

Next time make sure the PS3 leads HAWX 3

It costs way more for developers to create a game based on PS3 hardware. Most multiconsole games are built on the Xbox 360, then ported to the PS3 and PC.

It's not unacceptable, it's a fact of life. HAWX is not a triple-A title like Call of Duty, or Halo. It's a low-budget game from an in-debt company.

Oh really, I always thought Ubisoft was just as rich as EA or Activision.

The flight game genre barely makes any money, anyway. It's a small niche in a huge industry.

It's just that some main series in the flight genre have enough ground to stand on, and a fanbase strong enough to convince the developers to spend more money on the development and production of their games, ala Ace Combat.

You're not going to see the HAWX series improve until more money is spent on their development. If the developer knows they're only going to sell <1 million copies, they're not going to spend $100 mil on development/production.

Ubisoft is spending most of it's money promoting and selling the Assassin's Creed series. HAWX is a second thought, or even less.
