Well I did do research on the article on the psycholgy part, on how to prepare yourself mentally =P

You forgot to put a segment in there with lucky charms and superstitions. Like lucky underwear or socks. You know the kind you don't want to wash as to remove any bits of luck... Err, umm, maybe just a rabbits foot...

Well anyway, I agree that mental aspects play a large part. In every competetive environment, whether that be cards, football, hockey, ect. the mental aspect of things is huge.
