My friend needs a new DLC key. He can't post on the forums because he doesn't know how. Is there a way to tell you the email? He never even received an email with the key in it.

Where would one look if u purchased this DLC from steam? i was only sent a confirmation email like always when i buy a game but there was no info on a key

I bought the game on the ubi site 5 hours ago, but have not received the activation key. Should I receive it by e-mail? I only received an e-mail with an ordernumber. On the website it says that it is an unknown order.

Any ideas?

Hello loerelau,

Yes, you should have gotten an email with a serial number, which is you DLC key. Check your spam folder, just in case.
If you have your order number, but you are unable to check you order in the UbiShop, you should contact the Ubisoft Support.

My Other Games Didn't Need To Login

Well Anyway I Did Continue Creating An Account On UBI

Then Start The Game...
Then Logging In...
Then Registry Product...

For Some Reason I'm Always Getting This
"The CD Key Is Incorrect"

Any Ideas???

My CD Key Is 3-4-4-4-4
Is There Something Wrong??? Or
Should I Post My CD Key???

Now Its Showing Up As

Some users in the German forums recently reported Problems with their DLC key as well. We are investigating the issue.
