I have the same issue...I can't get into the trailer or screenshots from this PC. It just says connecting 0%. I can only get to the forums...oh well, it's the reason I'm here.

It may be a WinXP SP2 thing. I've noticed a few changes when browsing the web since installing it.
nah....make sure micro-media is working properly
