I just picked the game up again (I got rid of it and picked it up again).
Anyways I need tips to get started with the Men's Health programs.
I need most of all to work on my chest, shoulders and waist, but I am not sure how to mix this all up or what programs to aim for. I need to lose weight first and fore most though. But I don't want to be "forced" into working the same area on a daily basis when those muscles are required rest to build in the first place and I keep hearing horror stories about how you can't change programs without losing progress.
