    I can't log on.
    I have correct username and password, and it does not work.
    It says "operation failed"
    What should I do?

    I know 3 other people than myself, on each coast, and one in the UK that all can not login. Happens almost constantly since the "4 pack" came out on Steam.

    Same here. I just bought the game too. If I can't play the multiplayer, I want my money back. That's what I bought the game for in the first place.
