I always liked the Ju-87 Stuka. Looking for your target through the floor is neat, and it's fun to flip and bomb with. The new Ju-88 is fun too. I'm going to try the Jap D3A later today. It looks pretty cool.
In this sim, it has to be the B-25. It's tough as nails, has a number of 'dead-eye' gunners on board at all times...and can still outroll a jug.

I don't have Pacific Fighters yet, so I can't speak for the planes in it, but my favorite bomber would have to be the Il-2 Sturmovik Type 3M. The 37mm cannons on it have a lot of ammo and will kill just about anything you aim them at, tanks, vehicles, airplanes, you name it. It carrys a good loadout of bombs and rockets and its pretty tough. It also works well for killing bombers or even fighters although its not that good for dogfighting. It's too slow.
fav right now is a
Heinkel He-111 why looks elegant even if not an airliner it still gives a nice loadout heheheh Sc 2000kg
the Ju-87 why it gets the job done
the B-25 good load out and great gun pack
Mosquito it fast it great for night intruding, nice gun pack
G4m Betty long range stable and good cruise speed
B-29A - very fast up high got excellent range , good load out and excellent defence
B-17G/F durable , Good defence , alright load out
Pe-8 - one weapon the 5000kg bomb

The IL2 gets me home in the game.
The SBD is small and fun to dive in. I feel like a duck in it though.
