the other day i was on a sever and ppl was on hills that i couldnt get 2, how do i get up hills ect

Some places are accessible by a very well executed sprint up a hill in a buggy. Other places are accessed on foot with a lot of patience.

Climbing in FarCry maps is almost an artform. Quite often only those who have mastered the correct angles and button combos can make the slow, tricky ascents to untracked places.

You will find that you can very slowly ascend some of the not so steep hills by keeping your finger glued to the 'w' key and making small adjustments to your angle with 'a' and 'd'.

As far as climbing rocks, this is another art form in itself. Quite often it is a combination of carefully choreographed sprints, jumps and slides. One rule is to equipe either the knife or the pistol, as a rifle will weigh you down way too much.

Unless you're lucky enough to see someone else actually doing it, you're going to have to get out and experiment. Good luck.

Another thing to keep in mind. Places that were never meant to be accessible by the map designer are often strictly off limits in many of the servers. Accessing these areas is more commonly known as gliching and can get you kicked if the server rules forbid it. If you're going to do any climbing in multiplayer, do it on an official server.

I was under the impression that glitching was lying in a bug spot so that it appears to all who view you as if you are either in the object or indeed standing up (sometimes in a christ-like T shape). Going behind collision walls isn't glitching in my book!

Going behind a collision wall is not allowed on US based clan servers but seems to be OK in Europe.
