1. How do I start the map editor? The manual says its in the start menu but I cannot find it.

2. What do I select to ensure I get the quick combat feature? Not sure if I click in the box or leave it blank.

1. Application called "Editor" in the same folder with the game .exe

2. Use the one from the Game Options menu and not the one from the list of options when starting a skirmish/custom map. Just tick the box.
