Don't think so, no cheat codes. I do however believe there is a setting in one of the files inside the campaign files that you can change to allow you to go to the next mission without completing the previous. You would still need start the particular mission you want to skip and just take of and crash, or maybe even spawn and quit the mission. But be sure to contact the creator of the campaign and get his take and feeling on what you want to be able to do to find out exactly what you need to do to make the campaign run the way you want it to, but mainly out of respect for his hard work.
