fIGURED IT OUT THANK YOU.
Congrats :-) Just in case someone else would ask this in the future. You go to your inventory. Right click on the received item and then press [Use]
I just would like to add it was a bit unclear to me at first but once i figured it out, it was very simple and easy to locate.

Will the game work with the Steam Overlay?

Ghost Recon Online will be a Third Person Shooter, right? My question is, could, the developers, develop it for working with the Xbox360 Official Controller? I agree with everyone when you say that to play a FPS there's no anything better than keyboard and mouse, but in THIRD person shooters I'm more confortable if I can play it with a controller. That's my Q&A. I hope that developers can make this possibility a reality.
Thanks for all.

This is called a user error and i feel there should be no driver for any sort of game-pad use. DON'T BE LAZY.

When does phase 2 of GRO start? anyone know?

My question is...
My biggest complaint with the game is that, if your team begins the match with a large amount of members as one class, you tend to lose. This is due to the nature of the game. Every class has it's specific job (which I love). However, when the match begins, what you pick is what you get. I try to catch what we have too much of before the match starts, but sometimes I miss it. What this game could really use, is a mid-match class changer, much like Battlefield or others like it. My question is, is this in the works? It would be awesome to have! Thanks!

A team full of Specialists in BEAST MODE, A team full with RECON is a total failure, a team full ASSAULT is just to slow.

Better example Rainbow 6 invites "true-skill" and wont allow "gamers" to run about like in Unreal tournament and modern warfare's. This is do to the ability of others who have the hand eye to handle their own runs, eliminating the gamers ability to mindless run about. This is true in GRO and GRAW players that a team of one class can battle with a team of a sorted class, I feel this is due to the strength of the team and players controlling the pace of the flow of the game.
I understand what you mean, but this shouldn't be a consideration on the Dev's priority lists. I found myself being the only Specialist besides maybe one other every game. This caused me to play super agrressive at times and also keep a situtaional awareness regarding the flow of the enemy and the flow of my teammates regardless of their class. If you don't communicate you lose most of the time.
