There's a video lecture on it: adventures of rook vs. knight, by Danny Kopec

Actually, I think I have gotten the idea. In fact, it is the easiest of all the advanced drills on Chessmaster.
How can this be when the ending is very drawish?
On the drills on CM 10th, isolate the knight with your rook or king or both immediately.

Well, it's usually either easy to win or impossible to win
. The only trouble comes when the knight is right at the edge of the distance at which it could get to the king, and that's what the kopec lecture talks about.

Keep in mind, this particular ending was a theoretical draw to start, but both players were in time pressure.
