Ok. iv finally been able to open ports and host games. Below is the way i done it i hope this helps anyone else who is stuck.

First of all you have to get into your wireless router settings (if you have wireless) and then open the following ports for inbound and outbound rules.

UDP 13139 custom udp pings
UDP 27900 Heartbeat
TCP 28900 Master server List Request
TCP 29900 GP connection Manager
TCP 29901 GP Search Manager
UDP 6500 Query Port
UDP 6515 Dplay udp
UDP 3783 Voice Chat Port
UDP 6667 Irc Chat

After opening these ports you then need to go into FIREWALL RULES and enable

Any (TCP) and allow always
Any (UDP) and allow always

As I see again here about the wrong ports given to you. Nobody looks into the game files. The real port for hosting is UDP 7777. Give me a reply if it works.
