Did you download the game from Steam?
If so, enter your Steam username and password.
If you borrowed someone else's software, ask them what their username and password were.
There is no way for us to know your username and password or your friend's username and password.

i had the same problem , but did you read the requirements? "You will need an Ubi.com account and you must live in the U.S. to play the game."
