For me, it was when I first realized 1. the illusions were regenerating no matter how fast I would cut them apart and 2. when the Concubine said "how will you prove yourself to her". Well, if I jump off this ledge and make a LEAP OF FAITH relying upon Elika to save me, that should prove myself to her.Originally posted by Malidictus:
I spent I think a minute or two hacking illusions until I hear the Concubine say "What would you sacrifice for her?" Then it really became obvious - my life. Most of what the Concubine says seems like lies and deceit, but most of it is actually true.
This is a very counter-intuitive solution, since most games will not ask that you literally kill yourself to give the right answer to a puzzle ; ) But, even the Prince (who just likes to hit stuff) should have been able to figure that one out, if he had a strong enough relationship with Elika, of course.
