I just installed Rise of an Empire and the auto updater tried to download the 1.6 patch. Unfortunately it was unable to install it. I also tried to download it manually using my browser from http://patches.ubi.com/settlers_6/settlers_6_v1.6.exe . The installer launches, but it complains that the file is corrupt - so it's very likely really corrupt.
The file is old (May 08), and so I assume it broke recently. Is anybody else having this issue? Can the developers please fix the file?

You probably just had an error with the download, I just tried it twice from the Ubi site, and the first time it was an incomplete download, the file size was 50mb too small for the patch, downloading a second time, and replacing the first download, gave the correct size of 196mb, and the installer worked ok.
