Heavy drug abusers, or recovering, or ex, are prone to childish outbursts, vocal or violent. I've seen them in the film industry that I worked..etc.
Essentially they cannot handle reality as it is, and have never learnt to adapt over the years cos they've been 'tripping it' away.
