Hi,
I bought Far Cry on the 10th of September to try out the HDR patch, i think the game is great but the problem is that i played it online for like 2mins then went off. About 3 hours later i tried to go on any server and every server's reply was " Kicked " and now im kinda confused and can you guys help me get around this and yes PB is on

There has been a mod out that the server admins have put on thier servers called "GodLike'. What it does is that when someone joins with a specific ping average of normally 150+ the server will kick you, no questions asked. This eliminates the problem of high pingers and the lag that they bring with them. The mod also gives out information about who activated the flag and how many times in the yellow writing when playing, if you see the yellow writing and you have a high ping, then CYA LATER (depending on the average of the ping that the server admin set).

So in future I suggest you join servers of less than 100 ping, and whoop some butt. But if you have no servers with a long ping then maybe something is eating into your internet connection.

Thats BS dude the color of the screen name has nothing to do with it. It does this to me on everyone server therefore i cant play Online at ALL!. I did update everything also. THere somthing wrong with the game patches or another bug in the game itself that has to be fixed BY UBI.

What coleridge said is true. The color of the text that the "godlike" serverside script is yellow. The messages it makes come up in the in-game chat at the bottom left of the screen.

If you are only getting the message "kicked" (with no other text) are you running in "devmode"?

Also you say "to try out the HDR patch" that is patch 1.3. Do you have patches 1.31 and 1.33 installed too?

It could be a pb kick for having HDR enabled ?im not sure if pb allows HDR to be used? Also did you get any warning messages before the kick? as in cvar violations? and one other thing you can only connect to 1.33 servers if you have the 1.33 patch installed
