    man were to do the compatibility mode i mean that i can find it i cant find any .exe file...

    I FIND THE SOLUTION!!!!!!!
    Go to \Steam\Steamapps\Common\Ruse\ -right click ruse-, select properties, click the Compability tab and tick 'Run this program in compability mode' then select Vista Service Pack 2. No more crashing... OR windows XP service Pack 2
