Unable to request help to open locked box in lab | Forums

I'm not able to click the "ask for help" button to request help to open the locked box in my lab. Anyone else having trouble?

i managed to get help opening the first box okay but now a 2nd box as appeared and i have requested loads of times and family have always clicked and there not showing up for me to open it.

I am having the same problem. I opened the first box just fine, but the second box won't let me hire friends.
I managed to send out invitations and recieved two confirmations. A third person tried to accept, but it didn''t work. Then the box left my lab and I assumed that it had timed out. then when I moved on to the next level, the box came back, only now I can't send out more invitations.
