    Do not know how to get it without buying for ps3, or is it not for the ps3.

    This was originally an exclusive content item that was received with the Gamestop pre-orders. Those pre-order customers would have received a code to enter the content. You can also get the content by purchasing the Da Vinci DLC from the Playstation store once it is back up.
