    it's a divx video, which as far as I can tell is the same as a divx encoded avi.

    The player on that site lets you watch it online like u tube, it also downloads it to your mydocuments/my video folder as you watch it. Or you can choose to download the video without watching it.

    Sorry I dunno how to get the link for a direct download of the video without using the sites software...
