Hi, I've encountered a critical error when playing BIA. Basically what happens is when I start the first chapter (intro), right after Sgt. Baker wakes up, the mortar hits and then the game crashes. This happens all the time. I can't get around it. I've tried skipping the intro, but when another chapter loads, it also crashes the same way. This is the message I get:

I've updated all my drivers and even tried rolling them back and to no progress. I even tried turning down all the performance options and it still crashes. Anybody out there with the same problem? Did you fix it? If you did, please help!!! This is an awesome game from all the movies I've seen, but I can't play!!!
