    I don't know if this is old news and its not really related to the game except the name but i came across this http://www.thezreview.co.uk/comingso...hersinarms.htm . A film by Denzel Washington, don't know if it will be any good but ey just letting you know.

    Given that they don't make war movies these days, or good movies period, it sounds good and a part of WW2 history that's been overlooked. I hope Spielberg goes ahead with his mini series about the Pacific War in WW2, a follow up to Band Of Brothers, my fave WW2 movie.

    Easy company was based in Europe, after they won they basically finished their business there and went home
    they didn't go to the pacific

    It would be entirely different units, probably the USMC, because BOB took the 101st to the liberation of Germany and the end of the war in Europe. The big battles of the Pacific were fought from 1942 to 1944, Guadacanal, Tarawa, Saipan, Guam ,Tinian,Iwo Jima. Okinawa was taken in April, 1945. I'm not sure if the 101st even were in the Pacific.
