How do I access this content in game? I went to the arms dealer and can't find the weapons listed in the computer, and can't seem to find them in the game. Same with the vehicles. Can anyone help me out here?

IF you have downloaded and installed the fortunes pack then go to the room next to the arms dealer (where all your weapons are) and you will see a crate in the middle of the room with the new weapons to use.
As for vehicles in single player they are scattered all over the lands in different areas like when your wondering around off road before you would run across a dune buggy but now you might actually find a quat sitting where that buggy was, same with the other vehicles.
In multi player to get the weapons you must play on the new maps and the weapons are avalable at any weapon ammo pile and the vehicles are placed within the maps (not all new vehicles are placed in all maps, may have 1 or 2 new vehicles in one map that arnt in another).

Good grief. It was only five bucks. I could easily spend five bucks just walking downtown and buying a coffee and a carrot cake. Or a bag of chips and a bottle of beer.

To the OP:
You can find a Utility truck at the first guard post east of Pala and you can get an ATV at the south west bus station.
I don`t buy dlcS ONLINE, THEY`RE A RIP OFF.
However, I`ve seen a complete Fortune pack for sale for just £15 - that`s the whole game plus extra and it`s cheaper than the original was in store. So I`ll be buying that and trading my old copy. Bargain.

It's not really about how much it costs, it's about the fact that they are pathetic enough to charge money for this package full of hot air. Content of this quality should not cost money, it should be FOR FREE !
It just shows to me that they try to squeeze every cent out of their shrinking fanbase and hope some fall for it.
