I read all the tech problems people encountered so did I BLACK SCREENS; COMPUTER CRASHING etc..
After a little updating the game worked although not on my primaire dvd drive but im running it on my dvd-burner and i saw nocd patches are already out (tip)

My tips

1. Install windows service pack 2
2. Download the Newest catalyst driver for your ati card / nvidia users go to www.nvidia.com
3. When you are registering your game make sure your firewall is not blocking bia because it will say your cd-key is already in use.

Thats about it... all worked for me
