Changing to Offline Saving on Harddrive | Forums

Just a Quickie guys, been playing ac2 now for a while now, I've had a couple of issues with the games not saving in story mode, I have heard that you can change the method of which the game is saved, changing it from online saving, to actually saving it on my hardrive,
Was Wondering if I change over to from online saving to offline half way through the story mode will I have to restart the story all over again? or will it allow me to continue from my last save?

Hi There

When you start the launcher - if you click the little gear icon in the top right of the launcher - you can tell it to disable the remote syncing of saves

It shouldn't cause any issues - since it simply stops sending the save online.


It did always have a local save copy though as well, this simply stops it backing up the local save to the server - should you play on another PC for example.
