Linking Game to Ubisoft Probs? | Forums

Everytime I try and log in to ubisoft to get splinter cell stats its saying something about how they can't find my profile, you need to synch it in game or something. I've been using this since Conviction launched, and I never changed my email linked with it.
I also re-entered my email in the game and its correct here too. Any insight?
Also, I know there's a self help form but it looked barren and for pc users only, and ubisoft doesn't help anyone.
