    I have a new Dell 8400 with a 3.2 ghz p4 HT, 1gb of ram, and a Geforce 6800 GTO, which allows me to run the game with everything maxed out and no lag. Despite all i do though, i cant enable the Special filters like Cold or Cartoon. Any suggestions?
