I have contacted support about this and still haven't gotten an answer. I bought Club Elite 3 times this month, yesterday was the last time. When I got back on 2 hours later, it was gone. The whole purpose of joining Club Elite for me is buying the Smoothies with my "cash" that has accumulated. Can someone tell me if this is a known bug???
