I'm not sure who to write or call, but I'm totally fed up with this game and this patch.
You did this last time with IL2, I'm not going to take this crap patch and run it on my system anymore.
I want my money back.
Who do I call.
As for all the sheep who are going to make snide remarks about this thread.
F#$K OFF in advance.

We all hate the bit$hin, but at least this jerk has a real question.

Of course the fastest way to get your $ back would be to return it to the store from which you purchased it. I know that most of them have policies about opened software but as long as you still have your receipt, are willing to raise hell, and insist on speaking to management you will get your money back. I know from personal experience.

You misplaced the word "crap", it should have been between "my" and "system" instead of between "this" and "patch".

The funny thing is that he claimed in another thread that he runs CFS3 at 160fps so there is nothing wrong with his system. but CFS3 cannot run at 160fps because the max frames are 50 since the framerate is limited by the game.

I want my money back too. I aint fekkin around either.
Stupid game did NOT work on my setup, and the money I wasted-to date I have a monitor, two vid cards, four gigs of SDR & DDR memory, two mother boards, a CD rom drive, hard drive. All fine, sittin in a box.
Had UBI been truthful about what rig you REALLY need to play I'd have saved a ton of cash, and, time.
