First off, I'm on the PC, so I'll try to make this as easy as possible. Is there a way to command both of your teammates? I send one for cover, and one of them covers, then the other just crouches in the open. How do I seperate them so they both go to different positions? Also, I am telling them to rappel (press scpacebar to rappel) One of them just holds on the rope and does nothing. If I have two of my guys in cover, like, under a window, and I tag 2 enemies, how to I get them to go after those 2 enemies? Thank you.

If it's like the 360 then you can't separate the two.
It's easier to just have them following you & then rappel
down yourself. They'll follow you down on any nearby ropes.
If they're in cover under a window & you want them to engage
the enemy you have to change your RoE (rules of engagement)
from 'Infiltrate' to 'Assault.'

Sometimes the team doesn't engage the enemy through an unbroken window.
Another easy strategy would be to go to the window yourself
while your team is ready at the door. Then you order them in
& immediately break the glass on the window. The targets turn
towards you while your team flanks them & takes them down with ease.
Not sure how any of this translates for you on the PC but I imagine
it applies well enough. Hope it helps. Good luck.
