man i thought this game was supposed to be the best tacticall shooter ever, even over COD4.

im sorry, but i dont remember any of my teammates in COD4 suddenly going off on areas of the map i never told them to, and when i tell them to regroup they just stay there an say "cant do that" an i bring up the thermal cam an i can see they're so far away that its just a green arrow, how the f' did they even get over there!!!?

an then another guy is over by the Hazmat tent but i go to where his green dot is an hes now where to be seen.

wow, if ever there was a flash back to the first games of the rainbow six games 10 years ago on the N64, i remember this same **** happening then, an here it is still happening now. i shouldnt have to go through the mission by myself, this isnt Splinter Cell. an this is only act 3 of the first group of missions, im pretty sure ill see this happen again in the next 15 maps or so.

you dont controll the A.I. in any game

all i can do i press a button that places a marker in where the NCP is SUPPOSED to go, if i had any controll over them, they wouldnt wind up half way off the map, so far that i cant even reach the dot on the thermal cam, an when i tell it to regroup it says "cant do that"

an bottomline is, dont even try an pass this off on anythign except the fact that UbiSoft stil after a DECADE hasnt fixed this issue.

this was the reason i stopped playing the games back then, i thought with all the hype after the last Vegas game, an how they where saying this one was going to be even better, EVEN BETTER THAN COD4, id try it out, boy was i wrong in believing them

if i wanted to take on enemy by myself id go play Splinter Cell

Really? COD4 a tactical shooter? I think they forgot to enable the tactical part in my copy. I shall look into this further.

But to be honest, Vegas wasn't a tactical shooter either. I'm not sure why you'd think Vegas 2 would suddenly be the best tactical shooter ever. Vegas was plenty of fun, though, and a solid game in my opinion (not without its flaws of course). I wouldn't have expect Vegas 2 to be much of a tactical shooter from the evidence out there in the form of the first game and reviews stating that it is pretty much like the first game.

Well, that's not really relevant. Ubisoft didn't develop any of the early Rainbow Games, Red Storm did. And the original Rainbow by RS on the PC was far superior to the N64 version which was developed by Saffire anyway, Red Storm just published it.
    Hold square to shoot.
