Remember the intro to The Sands of Time? The prince was narrating and in the end *spoilers*
it turned out that he was telling a story to Farah. In Warrior Within's intro, he seems to be in Babylon and running away from the Dahaka. The game camera zooms into the prince's eye and it appears to reveal a ship. I'm starting to think that the entire game is some sort of flashback and that the Dahaka is still alive.

So what you're saying is that POP:WW happened before Sands Of Time?
But if that is true how come in the story of POP:WW - the sands were already unleashed?
What/where did this flashback occur?

The flashback the prince shows through his eyes are the events of Warrior Within. In Prince of Persia 3 (WT), the Dahaka chases him again.

No.
1.Prince released Sands of Time.
2.Prince realizes he has to go to the Island of Time.
3.Prince goes back to Babylon only to become a fugitive.
4.The Dahaka comes back and chases him.
5.The Dahaka corners the prince and the prince
has a flashback of what happened in no.2.
No.3,4 and 5 are basically the time of Prince of Persia 3/6.
