At the moment im kinda sad of the way of the HOMM is going.

For first id like to say that Heroes 4 was really bad game and i dindnt like it at all, reason for this was the game looked like **** and it was ****. The makers of homm 4 really tryed some new stuff that didnt work at all for some reason.(sadly)

Second as i have been watching the ss and trailers and the development of homm 5. Looks like homm4... not good... It seems like in the demo that you are trying to create ART in here or something, everything seems really detailed and seems like you have been trying to make every thing look really gr8. i dont know tbh... but i feel like u are missing the homm in the game... i dont mind the change in the graphics in the game as long as it looks Cool and as long as it fits the game, but it dont look like it fits the game in this case.

3rd... The homm1, homm2 and HOMM3 specially.
Heroes of might and magic 3 is one of the best games that have been ever made. Only few games can compete with HOMM 3, games like WoW, Fallout 2, some might and magics, and some final fantasys. Homm3 ftw... I know many other ppl that think that homm3 is the best of any homms out there, and think that homm4 was really ****.

In my opinion you should... Build the new homm5 like homm3 but upgrade everything to next level and add loads of new stuff that fit in to the game.

I believe that is exactly what they're trying to do. In many gameplay aspects, the game will function like HOMM3.

The game appears to be in good hands, the guys in control seem like they actually have a sufficient budget to make a worthy follow up to the franchise this time.

I was trying to make a point to all new visitors here that posting their own opinions as facts is a stupid idea because their opinion is nothing unless they've actually seen the game (through SS, Vids, and NO NOT TRAILERS)

Yes, the M&M world is lost... (I don't understand why it's even called this way) FINALLY! how much longer do you think it could survive?? how much can you stretch it and make up new storys about the same concept? it's (there's a good word for this in Hebrew, goznik you got a word in english for ×"”ר×"¢Ã—©?)... let's just say overplayed... I really don't see a way to revive it with some new story yet on the same Erathia idea...

anyway, if the old M&M is lost, accept the new universe of M&M.

- the M&M part was IMHO...

They first "destroyed" half of what H3 was (creatures, alignments, spells), and instead of adding the new stuff we were waiting for (Desert town, Ocean town, maybe the WoG Neutral town, new spells, new artefacts, on top of what we had before), the only thing they mainly added in this game is a lot of elves, half-naked chicks in a BDSM alignments, missused rel. symbols & blood in battles. Is that an upgraded H3 for you?
