    I just downloaded the patch last night with no problem. There are four different versions depending on (I think) if you have downloaded European version, DVD European version, downloaded American version or DVD American version.
    Are you sure you got the correct version for what you have?

    Use the European version of the patch to upgrade your game. (sh3_dvd_14b_emea.zip for the dvd game)
