Hi everyone...especially Uplay dev team!

I have one question - Are there any regional restrictions for all Uplay downloads?

I'm asking cause I've redeemed my first 10 points on the AC2 Xbox360 theme but when it prompted me with the download window an error message shocked me - "You cannot download this item from your current region".

Is it permanent? Will I be able to download my item later on when Uplay will be out of Beta stage?
I've been downloading things from Xbox marketplace for years now and it is the first time when I was blocked from the download with that kind of message.

PS question to other UP users - are there any other cases like this with the rest of the Uplay DLC content?

I have the same "problem" i redeemed my Uplay Theme and i get "You cannot download this item from your current region" message.
I have a UK account since there is now xbox live officially in Poland.
If Uplay will be another cool initiative with regions applied then it will be another great example of how digital distribution should't looks like since its useless in many countries (like Poland witch is a part of EU but its completely screwed in terms of any digital distribution services).

I also would like to know is this a single "problem" or i can just stop using my Ubi account cause its useless?

This is also happening to me.
I cannot download content awarded through Uplay, as I get an error message that says "This item isn't available from your current location."

The error message is being generated by Xbox Live Marketplace whenever I attempt to download the earned reward. My current location is Australia.
