    I now find myself on 3-5 in the 2nd area and cannot complete to 100%. I can see the outline of the squares that i should be able to search but when i click on the square nothing happens as it is not "clickable"

    Any thoughts?

    I just started playing, and I noticed that every time I find something while searching, I get an error message for the server, and I have to refresh the game. It doesn't make me lose any progress or anything, but it is annoying after it does it a lot of times.

    I bought CSI Fatal Consipracy, when i quit the game it says "connect to facebook and receive 1 year free Club Elite". When I click however, I only get this error: The requested URL /ClubElitePC was not found on this server.

    How can this be fixed?

    Trying to play on facebook but keep getting "The requested URL cannot be found on this server". Refreshing does not work. I'm about to complete a case and this is going to cost me the completion bonus.

    Do not hold your breath waiting to be refunded or have equipment replaced. I have given up on Mr. Crime or anyone else at UBI following through on refunds of any kind.

    Apologize for the lack of a timely response, but we are still working on manual refunds.

    We have, however, implemented a fix for this issue which will automatically cause the equipment purchased in your lab that you previously did not receive to show up. If you have already successfully re-purchased that equipment prior to the fix, we will still refund your account. It's a policy that we are still sorting through so we do greatly appreciate your patience.

    it only happens when i change computers regardless of whether or not i log out. I would normally think that it might be browser related but since it does happen in any other game I don't know whats going on. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>


    pa414500- Unfortunately, we tracked down the root cause of this yesterday, and it will take some time to fix. We're expecting to get the fix into v1.7 and will let you know as soon as we have a time frame in place for that. We apologize and appreciate your patience in the meantime.
