pa414500- This is definitely a bug, are you exiting the game while you're away and then logging back in? Or do keep your browser window open?

I'm on Case 02-01 'The Toymaker' and have searched the first 3 locations to 100%. I have found and processed all the evidence in these 3 locations BUT the 4th location will not unlock. Can you help me with this?

Not trying to be funny, but have you processed all the evidence from the Beauty Salon? One time I sent evidence to be processed, and then forgot to retrieve the processed evidence.

I'm having problem with a lock area. I've done the case 01-02 double take the 2 first one are completed at 100% plus all evidence are ok but it won't open the third one can you help me with that. Thanks

I have a problem with case 01-03 "Road to Nowhere"
I found and processed all the evidence in George's home office
The last location, Ralph's gun shop, I believe, was then available to me.
However, I didn't go to that location at the time.
Tonight I wanted to continue playing, but the location was locked again.
Everything else was still the same, all my evidence was processed.
So now I have no way of unlocking the location, can you do that for m somehow?
