I went to play this afternoon and found I had lost the progress made, upgraded equipement, and the funds I spent to upgrade equipement. I had finished the Mendoza case, but found it reopened to the last scene. I am back to Level 11, and only have 6,000 + in funds out of the 36,000+ I had before purchasing upgrades. Is there anyway to get back the progress, Level 12, and upgraded equipement?

After the maintenance that was done today I went back to see if my progress, level, and equipement was returned. I have lost my progress, one level, my upgraded eguipement along with the funds I used to purchase the equipement.
I do not think it is fair that I lose the equipement upgrades and the funds I spent on them. I would like either the funds returned or the equipement upgrades returned.
I am not pleased at having to replay a case that was closed or losing one level, but I could live with that if my upgrades or money were returned.
I am on case 02-02 "Behind Blue Eyes" Location #2 Tumisha's Office and i get over 75% cleared and also get 2 pieces of evidence. i log off and the next time i log on its back to 20% cleared and 0 evidence. this happened to me 2 times already grrrrrrrrr!!
I am on the case below the belt- The Gooden's living room for two days now i get almost a 100% complete and log off come back the next day and i am back a 22%. Plus I upgrade some of my equipment and that also was taken away from me as well as the money that i had spent is still gone. It is getting frustrating having to keep redoing the same case over and over. Can anything be done about this?
I have not played the game since losing my Level status (was a 12 now back to 11), losing my upgraded equipement (camera 2, camera 3,fingerprint kit 2, and tweezer 2), and my progress (Below The Belt - living room).
I am not going to resume playing the game until either my funds for lost upgrades are returned or my Level, equipement, and progress are restored.
in case 02-05 mash up, I've clicked every floor tile in club crust. I've searched everything and only found 3 of 4 evidence. I'm at 100% nothing left to search, very stuck!!
Im stuck on the first crime scene the tile blood stain...
I have actually found a fix. Use FireFox The game works fast smooth and with no issues, I'm now on level 3 with-out any problems so far.
