I am so frustrated right now so I am going to explain, in detail, EVERYTHING that I have done. The second I started this mission I got 3 woodcutteries, two hunter's huts, two stone cutters, and an iron mine in place. I upgraded ALL of my buildings to level 3 and even managed to bring my castle up to level 4 (its highest level). I am not sure how I managed to accomplish this, but I maximized my army population before any of the 3 main villages were even attacked. It consisted of a tremendous quantity of swordsmen, a large dose of archers, and one battering ram.
As reccommended by the forums here, I ignored the villager's pleas for wood, especially since they were not getting attacked. I decided not to waste my time on the smaller bases in the south, and went straight to the mainbase in the northeast where I was told I would find their storehouse. In a rather epic battle, I managed to destroy their armies, bust down the gate, and burn down their storehouse! Fortunately I was using Marcus as his torch refill ability was critical to the success of this particular attack. From what I have read on this forum I expected the mission to be over right then and there...but it WASN'T!!!
I then decided that I may need to destroy the outposts and other lesser bases, but I quickly discovered that they were all destroyed when the storehouse went down. In fact, there were no Red Prince forces left on the map! So I decided I would send wood out to the three whiny villages that demanded it. They were never attacked, so they remained in pristine condition. They got their palisades built...still not over.
At this point I went bananas. I put an outpost on every territory that wasn't already owned by one of the three villages or the harbor. I built a wall around my main city on account of the fact that the main quest says I have to protect it. I even managed to reach the rank of Marquis...still not over.
Eventually the timer ran out and nothing happened! I call shenanigans! I uber-pwned that map hardcore, yet I still cannot get the victory message! Is there some level of pwnage I have overlooked? Do I have to give the villagers wood BEFORE destroying the storehouse? Is there a bug that makes this game unplayable at mission 13? Please let me know!!!

I know the feeling. I'm sorry to say that I don't think this will ease your frustration:
Unfortunately because RoaE is scripted it seems to object if you're too clever. In short, you overplayed. The game is quite happy if you follow the script but if you race ahead you miss crucial bits that are required in order to trigger the "Victory" conditions.
Regretably, the only solution (I hesitate to say) is to replay the campaign using a slightly less aggressive approach.
sorry.

Thanks, that actually did answer my question. As Lynx1969 points out, I had to replay the mission. I was able to build up a large army and protect the villages. But this time I decided to bide my time and got wood to all three villages. Except for one instance where the enemy cleverly captured an outpost and destroyed my grain fields, I was able to prevent the enemy from causing any real damage. Finally, with about 10min left on the clock Marcus, my knight, pipes up with "we must destroy this building". Wish he would have said that before :/.
Anyway, it worked this time around. Thank you again Lynx1969, you were right.
It would be much easier if they gave us all the objectives in the beginning like they do in C&C or Starcraft... oh well. Thanks again awesome community!
