    Hey there, I have been going through all the posts I can find, I have turned of anti virus, firewalls, added ports, followed Irina's post, nothing else is connected yet I am still stuck in the cycle of never connecting to conflux, no errors it just hangs. While sitting in the launcher before pressing play after checking for updates, I see this in tcpview:

    UbisoftGameLauncher.exe 4348 TCP selina-pc 53052 mdc-orbt-sat05.ubisoft.com 13000 ESTABLISHED 14 401 5 1,247

    Once I launch the game, no matter how long I wait I get this:
    Might & Magic Heroes VI.exe 924 UDP Selina-PC xbox * * 107 2,594 107 14,012 11 11 1 1

    I even went and watered the garden etc for an hour and never saw a change.

    Not sure where else to go. I have never beta tested, never installed a demo, any other help would be greatly appreciated.

    I [contacted Ubisoft Support], got told about the ports, did that, still no fix and they have never responded back. I will try again

    Did You find solution for that problem? I have same situation, game is working fine but the message connecting to conflux never disappear and no errors shows.

    I can easily connect to Conflux, but the connection doesn't last longer than 3 minutes. Tech support couldn't help. Need to write the game's review for a Russian gaming magazine, but it's not a problem - they will get what they deserve. The problem is I wanna get through at least one campaign with all Conflux features, and I can't...

    Problem solved. The key was broken or stolen, after changing the key everything works fine.

    No, never got a fix, tried everything they suggested even a different internet provider no difference. How do you find out if your key has been stolen?
